Non-custom products
As a voluntary baseline, contact contact@bitcoinrun.xyz within 14 days after delivery if you want to return an unused, unworn non-custom item in its original condition and packaging. After return approval, send it using the instructions provided. Unless the item is defective, damaged or misdescribed, return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility.
Numbered, personalised or made-to-order products
A medal, pendant or other individually numbered/personalised or made-to-order item may be produced specifically for the order. Change-of-mind cancellation/return may therefore be unavailable once production begins. This does not affect mandatory rights for defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Pre-orders
A pre-order product page will state that it is a pre-order and provide the expected dispatch window. If BitcoinRun materially changes the expected dispatch window, we will communicate the change and any cancellation/refund option required by applicable law.
Digital Founding Cards
Founding Cards are issued electronically after payment. If the related order is cancelled or refunded, the card may be deactivated and its FS number will not be reused. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory right that applies to digital content in the buyer's jurisdiction.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us promptly with the order number and reasonable evidence of the issue. Where the product is defective, damaged in transit, materially misdescribed or the wrong item was supplied, BitcoinRun will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price adjustment or refund depending on the circumstances.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where technically possible. Bank/card processing times are controlled by the payment provider after BitcoinRun issues the refund.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in the UAE or the buyer's applicable jurisdiction.
